Alok Dalvi is a highly experienced IT and BPO professional with over 17 years of experience in delivering digital marketing, sales, trust and safety, and digital data services operations across various industries, including BFSI, retail, pharma and life sciences, communications, media, and entertainment. He believes that any transition is easier if you believe in yourself and your capabilities. Alok is skilled in client relationship management, portfolio management, program management, and end-to-end solution design and development. He has extensive cross-cultural experience and excellent client-facing skills, having worked at client locations in North America and Europe for more than five years. Alok has handled large integrated deals (> $1 billion), large scale transitions (1000+ FTEs), and large transformation programs. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Assistant Vice President at EXL, where he is responsible for managing the company's digital marketing, sales, trust and safety, and digital data services operations. Prior to joining EXL, Alok worked at Tech Mahindra as the Head of Solutions for Trust and Safety, Revenue Operations, and Digital Data Services. He also worked at Wipro as a Solution Architect for Trust and Safety Operations and Digital Marketing Operations. Alok holds an MBA in IT, Operations, and Strategy from Cyprus International Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He also has a Diploma in Chemical Engineering and a Senior Secondary Certificate from National Education Society's High School.
